Parents Blessing Before the First Days of School

God of Light and Wisdom, thank you for giving our children a mind that can
know and a heart that can love. Help them to keep learning every day no matter
what the subject may be. All knowledge leads to You; Let them know how to find You
and love You in all the things You have made. Encourage them when the studies are hard
and when they are tempted to give up. Enlighten each one of them when their brain
is slow and let them grasp the truth held out to them. Enable them to put their
knowledge to use building the Kingdom of heaven.
