- New Students - Applications

How to Apply Registration for returning students begins on January 16 and for new students on January 30. New students will need to do the following. The Application Process for Elementary (PreK to 5th, and Elementary ESL) • Information and Tour (A Taste of IWA, January 30, 31, February 1, 2., March 12-16) • Make appointment with the principal for interview • Parent/Student/Principal interview • Submit application with $130.00 non-refundable registration fee to the school accounting office (Information for returning students may be updated online on RenWeb. Check the Parents Web for instructions) • Submit the following with the application - Certificates of Baptism and First Communion (if Catholic) - Original Birth Certificate - Transcript of the applicant’s academic records including achievement test scores. - Immunization record The Application Process for Middle School (6th – 8th and Middle School ESL) • Information and Tour (A Taste of IWA, January 30, 31, February 1, 2., March 12-16) • Register for Entrance Exam - $25.00 • Entrance Exam, February 11, 2012, 8:00 a.m. (You will be contacted by mail/phone regarding acceptance into Incarnate Word Academy Middle School.) • Submit application with $130.00 registration non-refundable fee to the school accounting office office (Information for returning students may be updated online on RenWeb. Check the Parents Web for instructions.) • Submit the following with the application - Certificates of Baptism and First Communion (if Catholic) - Original Birth Certificate - Transcript of the applicant’s academic records including achievement test scores. - Immunization record - Recommendation form testifying to the student’s good character from the principal and/or from a teacher of the school the student currently attends. • After all forms have been received, a personal interview with the student and parents is scheduled by the school. |
