Dear Parents,
Incarnate Word Academy exists to provide a climate for learning in
which God is the highest value. Our faculty is dedicated to
providing each student with an educational experience that
encourages academic excellence, develops the whole person, fosters a
life-long love of learning, and promotes an awareness of the needs
of the community.
Incarnate Word Academy can look back with pride on its
accomplishments of the past. However, we prefer to look to the
future with readiness for the educational challenges which lie
ahead. We are committed to providing our families with a quality
Catholic education and to promoting standards of excellence in all
aspects of our program.
Registration for the 2012-2013 scholastic year will begin on January
16 for current students and on January 30 for new students. The
pre-registration packet includes the forms needed for enrollment.
All forms must be completed and returned to the office with the $130
registration fee. After March 1, the pre-registration fee for
current students re-enrolling will be $155.00. The registration fee
is non-refundable. Space availability is limited. Please return the
form as soon as possible.
This year we have added an online component available to returning
students. You may complete the enclosed forms on ParentsWeb and even
pay online using PayPal.
Uniforms are a requirement at Incarnate Word Academy. The Parker
Uniform Company is in Harlingen, Texas at 614 Ed Carey Dr. Their
phone number is 956-440-9232. They will have all the uniform items
available for purchase.
The greatest investment you will make is an investment in your
child’s Catholic education. It is a joy and privilege for us to be
partners with you in this important endeavor, the education of your
children. Together we can provide a strong foundation for Christian
life and academic success that will shape our children’s future.
May, Jesus, the Incarnate Word, continue to bless you.
Respectfully,

Principals
